⦁ Carex is a hardy NZ hair Sedge
⦁ Forms a nice display of grass with hanging olive leaves which turn a coppery brown as they die
⦁ Best planted in clumps of up to 30cm
⦁ They are a wetland grass which doesn’t like it too wet or too dry, but are hardy in a cold winter
